Shipping and Returns

  • When you place an order, we will estimate or delay for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping dates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
  • The Pink Elephant, LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages or delays by the post office.
  • The Pink Elephant highly recommends authorized signature upon arrival.
  • All applicable custom fees, taxes, and duties are the sole responsibility of the sole responsibility of the customer.
  • Successful placed orders receive an email receipt with your order detail. If you do not receive this email, please check your spam folder or contact us at info@shopmypinkelephant.com for confirmation.
  • All returns must have original tags.
  • In order to return items, you must email and receive a Return Authorization.
  • We also suggest that you send items back using USPS, UPS or FEDEX along with a tracking number. The Pink Elephant is not responsible for items that are lost while in transit to us.

Shipping:

We process orders multiple times throughout the day (Monday-Friday) excluding holidays. For orders placed before 1:00 pm EST, will be shipped same business day. Unless there is a problem with your order (shipping address, out of stock item, etc.).

Returns:

Items must be sent back to The Pink Elephant, LLC within 14 days of shipping date. Please remember that you are responsible for the return shipping charges to and from The Pink Elephant.
